These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, transactions, and website usage associated with our business activities in the United States and internationally. By accessing our online store or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of the State of Nevada.

1. Company Scope & Business Activities

Bauzaunwelt Inc. is a U.S. Corporation based in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in import/export and e-commerce of:

  • Mobile construction fence systems and accessories
  • Temporary safety and crowd-control equipment
  • Event and site infrastructure products

We serve both B2B (business clients) and B2C (private customers) within the United States and abroad.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

All product orders are subject to availability and acceptance. A legally binding sales contract is formed once we issue an Order Confirmation or when your order has been shipped.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to errors in pricing, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping costs unless clearly stated.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment must be received in full before the goods are dispatched.

For international or export orders, the Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide within the U.S. and internationally via trusted carriers and LTL freight partners. Delivery times vary by destination and product size.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon shipment.
  • We are not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance issues, or acts beyond our control.

5. Import & Export Compliance

All customers are responsible for complying with relevant import/export laws in their jurisdiction. Products exported from the United States are subject to U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and may not be shipped to prohibited destinations.

By placing an order, you certify that your purchase and intended use are in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Returns & Refunds

We aim for your complete satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy before initiating any return.

Returns must be requested within the allowed period and accompanied by a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Product Warranties

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all products are sold “as is” without express or implied warranties. Manufacturer warranties, when available, cover only defects in materials or workmanship.

Bauzaunwelt Inc. is not liable for damage resulting from:
